Refund policy

As each piece is made to order, there are no returns or refunds after the order has been placed. 

In the rare case of damage on delivery, please take detailed photos of packaging and damage. Send the photos back to us within 24 hours of receiving and we can assess it and come up with a plan. studio@ourkingdom.com.au
